The hotel rooms are quite narrow, small, and poorly designed, giving the feel of a commercial warehouse or jail. The showers create a daily mess, but the nightstand is a space-waster. On the bright side, the service is exceptional with friendly staff offering great services. The location is ideal for events at the Conventions Center, and the dining experience, though not perfect, still offers a good variety of options. Overall, there are ups and downs, but the hotel has its shining moments.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were inexpensive and clean, which was a huge plus. However, I was assigned a room on the smoking floor, and it was a bit dusty and dirty, which was disappointing. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially since it was my first time in the UAE. The location was convenient for my business activities in Deira but far from the tourist spots, which was a drawback. The dining experience was good but could use a bit more organization. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few ups and downs.

The hotel has a strong tobacco smell throughout, but the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff could be more helpful with navigation inside the building. The proximity to Dubai International Financial Service makes it a convenient choice.

The hotel's rooms are in need of a full makeover compared to the Ibis next door, with a noticeable smell of moisture. Despite this, my room was very clean and tidy, plus having the TV on, which was a real bonus for me as I find it a bit bothersome when hotels don't promote energy efficiency.
